The Autumn Moon Festival is the Chinese harvest celebration which is a time to gather with friends and family and give thanks for a bountiful harvest. Offerings are made to Chang’E the lunar goddess, who represents immortality. Chang’E was a perfect subject to symbolize the CFAS programming.
