MFHC

The Music Festival in Honor of Confucius is a performance competition aimed at introducing the participants (of all ages) to the beauty and breadth of the Chinese musical tradition. The top scoring performers in each age bracket perform at the annual Winners Concert at the prestigious Preston Bradley Hall.

Confucius, being the epitome of “The Scholar”, was the perfect deity to represent a competition aimed at educating western musicians.
